Context

With 40 years of experience, the PHYTOTEC platform, which has been awarded the IBISA label, brings together a range of resources for cultivation under controlled conditions, spread over two geographical sites: the Cité des Énergies in Saint Paul lez Durance and the Luminy campus in Marseille. PHYTOTEC is open to all actors from the world of research or industry, to carry out experiments or isotopic labeling on plants, algae or bacteria.

Our multidisciplinary teams will be at your service to assist you in the conduct of your experiments or to take complete charge of their development. A Research and Development workshop integrated to the platform allows the development of innovative devices, to meet specific and individualized experimental needs.

The internal technical mastery of all the technological means implemented in PHYTOTEC associated with a long-standing quality approach guarantee an optimal reliability. The maintenance of the experimental conditions of the installations is ensured by a control-command system driven by the In Touch supervision software. This system participates in the monitoring system by sending computer alarms that are transmitted by remote call to the 24-hour on-call agent. The reliability of the installation is reinforced by the implementation of a Computer Assisted Maintenance Management for the follow-up and the maintenance of the infrastructures.
